Based in Madison, Wisconsin, Jennifer Jennings is a freelance writer who enjoys the quirky and unusual. She has a passion for travel and new experiences.
A 2004 graduate of Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in Government, concentrating in Comparative Politics. After college, Jennifer worked as an analyst at a real estate investment firm writing marketing materials and as an event coordinator at a non-profit in Chicago. She recently completed a semester at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine where she followed an in-home Labradoodle breeder for 3 months and wrote a non-fiction narrative entitled Labradoodle Love: a Maine breeder’s story.
Jennifer's publishing credits include Wisconsin Woman, Business Travel Executive, world Scholar, Attention!, Shebrew Magazine, Fitchburg Star, and NewsSmith.

When not writing, Jennifer enjoys reading, playing euphonium in a community band, hiking, traveling, cooking, and container gardening.
